The scope of services is agreed with each client in writing (proposal, contract, or email confirmation).

Payments and Refunds

- Work begins only after payment terms are agreed.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, but generally fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Client Responsibilities

- Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines and deliverables.
Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided on a freelance/consulting basis. While we make every effort to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales figures, rankings, or revenue growth.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
We treat client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (Europe/Amsterdam time zone), without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. If you are located outside the Netherlands, you agree that any disputes may still be subject to Dutch jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
